Chantiers participatifs, autogérés, collectifs : la politisation du moindre geste

RésuméDes partisans de l’utopie concrète, engagés dans la recherche de cohérence entre théories et pratiques écologiques, interrogent les notions de « participation » et de « travail » dans une perspective critique du développement industriel. Le travail est alors appréhendé comme une prise de position politique (écologique, libertaire). Dans le monde militant de l’écoconstruction, on étudiera les variantes de l’organisation des tâches dans des chantiers participatifs, autogérés et collectifs, que ce soit dans le cadre légal du bénévolat et d’une société coopérative et participative (SCOP) ou dans un contexte de lutte à Notre-Dame-des-Landes.

Advocates of a practical utopia, committed to the search for consistency between ecological theories and practices, explore the notions of “participation” and of “work” from a critical perspective on industrial development. Work is then understood as the adoption of a political stance (ecological, libertarian). In the world of militant eco-construction, we study variations of the organisation of tasks in participatory, self-managed and collective building projects, whether in legal frameworks such as volunteering or worker-owned companies, or in the conflicting setting of Notre-Dame-des-Landes.
