A new class of two-level optimal extended designs

The purpose of this article is to introduce a new class of two-level optimal extended designs obtained by adding few runs to an existing two-level uniform design. The extended design is a union of two designs belonging to different classes. New lower bounds to the centered and wrap-around L2L2-discrepancies of extended designs are obtained. Some examples for optimal extended designs are also included.
