Caractérisation des masses annexielles : comment faire chez la femme enceinte ?

Adnexal masses during pregnancy screening are not uncommon and frequently incidental. Ultrasound should be performed with scrutiny, in order to determine benignant lesions and avoid a harmful treatment, non-suited during pregnancy. MRI should be performed in second line, for large tumours, or lesions moved by gestational uterus, for characterization of tissular component, and/or for invasion screening of supposed malignant tumours.
