MOG-IgG-positive multifocal myelitis with intrathecal IgG synthesis as a spectrum associated with MOG autoimmunity: Two case reports

- Two patients with multifocal myelitis who responded to immunotherapy are reported.
- In both patients MOG antibodies were negative in serum but positive in CSF with CBA.
- CSF should be examined for MOG antibodies in potential double seronegative NMOSD.
