Electrocatalytic determination of thiols using hybrid copper cobalt hexacyanoferrate modified glassy carbon electrode

- A Cu/Co hybrid hexacyanoferrate (HCF) was electrosynthesized on GC electrodes.
- The preparation of the CME was rapid, inexpensive and simple to carry out.
- Three thiols l-cysteine, l-glutathione, 1,4-btanedithiol were analyzed by the CME.
- To limit the fouling of the CME, the CMEs were thermally treated.
- A nutraceutical drug containing glutathione was successfully analyzed by the CME.
