Floating tablets of minocycline hydrochloride: Formulation, in-vitro evaluation and optimization

Floating tablets of minicycline hydrochloride were developed using Methocel K100LV, Methocel K15M and Carbopol 934. Tablets were evaluated for physical tests, floating properties and in-vitro drug release. Optimization was done using Design Expert Software to get tablets with desired responses.175
