Combined Nd:YAG laser therapy and sclerotherapy allows treatment of both superficial and deep components of VMs in a safe and efficient manner. In addition, suspension laryngoscopy provides improved visualization and access for the interventional radiologist in difficult to reach areas for sclerotherapy.
