Abstract
The vascularized SMAS rotation advancement flap is clinically simple to perform and provides satisfactory cosmetic and functional results in patients undergoing conservative parotidectomy. There are no drawbacks in the use of modified face-lift incision to remove tumours of the parotid gland.
