Abstract
												The concomitant occurrence of Crohn disease and CGD, both characterized by granulomatous inflammation, is noteworthy. This case study demonstrates that CGD should be considered in adults with recurrent infections, especially those caused by catalase-positive organisms, such as B cepacia.
