Abstract
Contrary to conventional teaching that gastroschisis is an isolated anomaly, we found an increased incidence of concomitant CHD. Our data would suggest that detailed antepartum and/or postnatal cardiac evaluations are indicated in fetuses identified with gastroschisis.
