Abstract
												Tension-free vaginal tape is a relative safe procedure; concomitant pelvic surgery can be performed safely. Several risk factors for complications were identified: menopausal state, previous prolapse surgery, mode of anesthesia, teaching hospital, and the second ten procedures of each surgeon.
