Abstract
These data demonstrate high biochemical and local control in men with T1-T2 prostate cancer treated with 125I brachytherapy. The delivered radiation dose and risk category are important predictors of success. Patients receiving a dose of at least 140 Gy have a 90% chance of biochemical FFF and a 95.2% likelihood of local control.
