Abstract
The treatment of Kienböck's disease can be problematic. We report 2 cases of ulnar translation of the wrist after scaphocapitate arthrodesis with lunate excision for the treatment of advanced Kienböck's disease. The radioscaphocapitate ligament was intact in both cases.
