Abstract
Here we present a rare case of cavernous haemangioma of the temporalis muscle in a 44-year-old male patient. The clinical presentation, imaging characteristics and variable treatment options will be addressed with a special focus on the diagnostic clues. This is together with revision of the literature of similar cases.
