Local recurrent disease after primary tuberculosis of the breast

Here, we report a 45-year-old woman who had been diagnosed as primary breast tuberculosis and treated with anti-tuberculosis therapy 8 years ago and currently diagnosed as recurrent tuberculosis presenting with similar symptoms in her left breast possibly due to insufficient treatment. In this case report, we aimed to present the radiological and clinical findings of breast tuberculosis and emphasize the importance of adequate treatment.
