Abstract
Hajdu-Cheney syndrome is a rare autosomal dominant disorder presenting with distinctive craniofacial changes, dental abnormalities, proportionate short stature, and acroosteolysis. This case report emphasises the wide musculoskeletal manifestations of Hajdu-Cheney syndrome in an adult.
