Abstract
Congenital synspondylism is a disorder of failure normal spinal segmentation resulting in short stature and scoliosis. We report two cases of congenital synspondylism presented with short stature, scoliosis with radiographic evidence of fusion of multiple thoracic vertebrae with characteristic unilateral unsegmented bar and fusion of carpal bones.
