Abstract
We have discussed a versatile three-color IR-FEL scheme as an insertion device for Iranian light source facility which can works in three different wavelengths in the range of infrared spectrum. Three output wavelengths are regarded in tune with the electron beam parameters at the exit of three linacs of the ILSF pre-accelerator section. Studies have been done in the context of a 1D numerical method governing the nonlinear dynamics of a single-pass FEL. The characteristics of the FEL output corresponding to three different electron beam energies have been presented and discussed.
