Abstract
Errors are discovered regarding the published equation coefficients of Song and co-workers [J. Chem. Thermodynamics 92 (2016) 139-145] for mathematically describing the solubility behavior of creatine monohydrate in binary (waterâ¯+â¯ethanol) solvent systems using the Jouyban-Acree model. The published equation coefficients fail to describe the mole fraction solubility as stated in their published paper. In addition, the model coefficients were re-analysed.
