Abstract
												Otogenic intracranial complications are still life threating diseases. Complication risk needs fast diagnosis and years-lasting observation, especially in patients with immunological disorders. Immediately performed radical ear operation and advanced antibiotic therapy give a chance for complete cure. Modern imaging of intracranial structures (CT, MR) allow for establishing of diagnosis and makes treatment effects control easier.
