Abstract
Küttner tumor (chronic sclerosing sialadenitis) is a chronic, benign lesion of salivary gland. Its clinical course resambles malignant process. Autors report two typical cases of CSS affecting submandibular gland. We will start following these cases up by examinating them twice a year and providing with, indication of LE and IgG level, protein electrophoresis.
