Abstract
People with hypertension who slept 9-10 hours on workdays and â¥10 hours on non-workdays were more likely to have unsatisfactory BP control compared with those with a sleep duration of 5-9 hours; these associations tended to vary by age, sex, and body mass index. These findings indicate that a longer sleep duration might be a way to predict uncontrolled BP in hypertensive adults.
