Abstract
Our study demonstrated that patients in the MSA-RBD and DLB-RBD groups had a tendency to sleeping in the supine position and a higher vulnerability to OSA compared to other RBD groups. Further cohort studies are needed to evaluate the influence of these factors on the development of parkinsonism.
