Abstract
Prof. El-Ramly is an eminent Egyptian geologist specialized in the Precambrian Geology and ore deposits of Egypt. He has served the Egyptian Geological Survey and Mining Authority (EGSMA) during the whole of his career, ultimately as a General Director and President of EGSMA to promote the Egyptian mineral prospects. He established the general stratigraphy of the Precambrian Rock units of Egypt. He explored several mineral deposits in Eastern and Western-Deserts.
