Abstract
⺠The stability of cobalt-based catalyst during Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis has been investigated for 1,000 h on stream in a slurry reactor. ⺠The catalyst was prepared using phosphorous-modified alumina (P-Al2O3) support, promoted with Pt or Ru. ⺠The slow deactivation rate was observed on Pt promoted Co/P-Al2O3 catalyst. ⺠It seems to be owing to lower deposition of polymeric carbons and suppressed formation of aggregated lump.
