Abstract
Al2O3-KOH supported condensation of phosphoramidic dichlorides with alcohols yielded the Chemical Weapons Convention related dialkyl N,N-dialkylphosphoramidates (DADAPs) in excellent yield, without use of any solvent. Reactions carried out in the presence of 1-H-tetrazole offered selectivity towards unsymmetrical DADAPs.
