Abstract
⺠Cu with Co acts to decrease activity for all products, probably due to the blockage of the Co surface. ⺠ZnO with Co acts as a support to keep Co highly dispersed and may increase C2+ oxygenate site activities. ⺠The combination of Cu and ZnO with Co appears to maintain oxygenate but decreases hydrocarbon formation ability. ⺠Co/Al2O3 has a higher oxygenate rate equivalent to CoCuZnO, but overlooked because of high hydrocarbon rate.
