Abstract
Highly dense bulk samples were fabricated by spark plasma sintering through a combined devitrification and consolidation process of partially amorphous AlNiYLaCo gas-atomized powders. The microstructure of the consolidated samples has mainly nanocrystalline features. The bulk samples exhibit high fracture strength and compressive plastic strain.89
