Abstract
The W-1%As composite nanopowders with the average size of about 80 nm in diameter were prepared by hydrogen reduction W-1%As composite powders at 800 °C for 3 h. The TEM and HRTEM analysis demonstrated that WAs2 intermediate phase played an important role as heterogeneous nucleation core for tungsten during the nucleation process.248
