Abstract
ⶠFirst predictive 3D model of extraction of essential oils with microwaves. ⶠGeneral behavior of the system and hot spots are predicted. ⶠTransport of the vapor produced by microwave heating will improve accuracy. ⶠPredictions are better at higher power values. ⶠMoisture is the variable of the plant that most influences the process.
