Abstract
⺠Targeting of energy allocation with carbon capture and storage (CCS) is formulated. ⺠Limiting composite is found from composite table algorithm with only non-CCS sources. ⺠Multiple CCS sources are targeted by profile matching with limiting composite curve. ⺠Targeting and network design by nearest neighbors algorithm do not require cost data. ⺠Cost criterion is established to determine cost-factor ranges for optimality.
