Abstract
Preparative chromatography is an indispensable separation process in the food, pharmaceuticals and fine chemical industry. The aim of this work is to summarize developments in preparative chromatographic processes in the period 2009-2012. Particular attention is paid to new developments in the fundamental understanding of chromatography, novel configurations and integrated processes.
