Abstract
► In additive free solution and at pH of 8.5 we have poor codeposition of Mo with Ni. ► With10 ppm IL(pH 8.5) high Mo content amorphous/nanocrystalline Ni-Mo were obtained. ► The film plated with 200 rpm whilst others obtaineditwith high convection(4000 rpm). ► Substrate preparation affects on morphology of Ni-Mocoatings.
