Abstract
⺠The electrochemical performance at elevated of LiFePO4@C were improved by depositing α-Si film on the electrode. ⺠An oxide film at the silicon/electrolyte interface acts as a barrier to the interaction between the LiFePO4 and the electrolyte. ⺠The partially oxidized silicon atoms are expected to be capable of injecting electrons into the conduction band and generating a current at the end of the oxide dissolution induced by HF.
