Abstract
⺠The electrodeposition of Bi2Se3 nanowires has been investigated by cyclic voltammetry in a tartaric acid aqueous solution on anodic aluminum oxide template. ⺠The optimum deposition potential of Bi2Se3 nanowires is â0.20 V vs. SCE according to cyclic voltammetry curves. ⺠The ratio of Bi/Se is very closer to 2:3 with the addition of surfactant. ⺠Annealing can improve crystallinity and chemical composition of Bi2Se3 nanowires. ⺠The surfactant can also improve the surface morphology and composition of Bi2Se3 nanowires.
