Abstract
⺠An organic concentrate from MSW was employed to produce fermentable sugars. ⺠The optimum experimental condition of enzymatic hydrolysis of MSW was found. ⺠The maximum sugar yield and hydrolysis rate were found. ⺠The effect of time, particle size and substrate concentration was investigated.
