Abstract
⺠Part 1 describes a dynamic reduced order model for entrained flow gasifiers. ⺠Model has been built and run in Aspen Custom Modeler simulation package. ⺠Reactor network model is used to simplify fluid flow for efficient solution. ⺠Model includes submodels for most important phenomena in gasification. ⺠Part 2 presents results of successful model validation and sensitivity analysis.
