Abstract
► Stainless steel appears to be a suitable material for storage containers of biodiesel. ► Degradation increased at higher temperatures, thus making the use of underground storage tanks recommendable. ► The storage of methyl esters in blends with commercial diesel could be beneficial with a view to meet the EN 14214 Standard.
