Abstract
⺠Preliminary model developed of distribution of ash forming elements in gasification. ⺠Thirty percentage of K is captured by aluminosilicates and retained in the ash. ⺠Seventy percentage of each of the major ash forming elements remains hard bound in the ash. ⺠Fifty percentage of alkali earth metals is released to the syngas. ⺠Clinkers and agglomerates produced were formed from K/Al/Si/Ca eutectic systems.
