Abstract
► Antioxidants can be used to control NOx emissions from biodiesel fuelled engines. ► The additive p-phenylenediamine is effective in controlling biodiesel NOx emissions. ► HC and CO emissions increase with addition of antioxidants. ► Slight decrease in BSFC was observed with p-phenylenediamine and ethylenediamine.
