Abstract
⺠We performed Hg capture tests by feeding activated carbon in a fluidized bed. ⺠The fluidized bed led to an increase of the Hg capture efficiency. ⺠This was because of the large surface area available for activated carbon adhesion. ⺠Carbon residence time increased leading to a better capacity exploitation.
