Abstract
► Poly-NiTCPP and poly-TCPP/Ni films were prepared by electrochemical polymerization. ► Poly-NiTCPP film was electrochemically active and stable in alkaline solution. ► GC/poly-NiTCPP electrode has electrocatalytic activity for oxidation of alcohols. ► Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was employed to study modified electrodes.
