Abstract
⺠The novel multilayer structure (PDDA/LOD/ZnO/MWCNTs) provided a favorable microenvironment to keep the bioactivity of LOD. ⺠The electrode exhibited significant electrocatalysis to the oxidation and reduction of H2O2 and enhanced the responses. ⺠The electrode reduced the working potential, resulting in the enhancement of anti-interferences ability. ⺠LOD was strongly adsorbed on the surface of ZnO, which leaded to the good long-term stability. ⺠The prepared lactate biosensor exhibited the ideal Arrhenius temperature-dependant relationship from 10 to 50 °C.
