Abstract
⺠CuInS2 samples were deposited on FTO-glass substrates using electrodeposition. ⺠n-type samples can be obtained with [Cu]/[Cu + In] ratio in solution less than 0.29. ⺠p-type samples can be obtained with [Cu]/[Cu + In] ratio in solution greater than 0.33. ⺠Compensated CuInS2 can be obtained in the solution with a [Cu]/[Cu + In] ratio of 0.32.
