Abstract
⺠CV and EIS studies of gold electrodes modified with glutathione. ⺠The blocking properties were analyzed in terms of a disk type electrode with active sites. ⺠CV, EIS parameters and Digisim calculated ET rates were used. ⺠The interaction of doxorubicin and mitoxantrone drugs with Au/GSH-electrode is discussed. ⺠Semiempirical PM3-calculations account for the ion gating effect of Ca2+ and drugs.
