Abstract
⺠Mechanistic model is developed, linking multi-physicochemical processes to EIS. ⺠Nonlinear optimization technique is utilized to fit multi-EIS curves. ⺠The approach is demonstrated using both simulation results and experimental data. ⺠Based upon the fitting results, the experimental impedance data is interpreted.
