Abstract
⺠Parameters were estimated simultaneously and sequentially. ⺠Gelatinization rate constant can be estimated only when ref temperature is found. ⺠Estimated parameters were validated by using them to predict an RVA pasting curve. ⺠The time-temperature history term is the dominant term in the model.
