Abstract
⺠Pulsed Light is effective fort inactivation of Listeria on packaging materials. ⺠High reflectivity of the surfaces interferes with inactivation. ⺠Rough surfaces can offer protective effects to contaminating microorganisms. ⺠Pulsed Light can be applied effectively through transparent polyethylene packaging.
