Abstract
⺠A new method for predicting sorption isotherms using the BET model was proposed. ⺠One set of parameters is used to fit sorption isotherms at different temperatures. ⺠The parameters are estimated using one single sorption isotherm and one value of Qs. ⺠The methodology has provided good results when tested with different food materials.
