Abstract
► A new method for predicting sorption isotherms using the BET model was proposed. ► One set of parameters is used to fit sorption isotherms at different temperatures. ► The parameters are estimated using one single sorption isotherm and one value of Qs. ► The methodology has provided good results when tested with different food materials.
