Abstract
⺠Investigated relationship between composition, bulk characteristics and agglomerate properties. ⺠Bulk densities before conveying increased with the protein content. ⺠Increasing the protein content also increased the strength of the agglomerates tested. ⺠Force at failure and stiffness of individual agglomerates were strongly correlated.
